                         At Dhanwate National College, the Library Department and the Language Department jointly organized an event on Saturday, January 17, 2026, under the government's initiative 'Reading Resolution of Maharashtra,' titled 'Literary Expression and Collective Reading.' Following this, the dignitaries were felicitated. The event was presided over by Dr. Rajkumar Giri Gosavi, Head of the Commerce Department of the college, along with Dr. Vaishali Malode, IQAC Coordinator and Head of the Library, Dr. K.K. Askar, Head of the Arts Department, Dr. Kulbhushan Meghe, NAAC Coordinator, and S.S. Gehrawar, Head of the Sociology Department. The event witnessed participation from the faculty. Firstly, Dr. Tatode shared information about his poetry collection and read a poem. Dr. Oak Madam, Deshpande Madam, Rajshri Mule, Deshmukh Sir, and Dr. Rita Shevare Madam also read poems. Dr. Uparikar Sir narrated a story related to Political Science. Kavita Durge told a story about a girl named Radhika, and Dr. Vaishali Malode Madam also shared a very beautiful story. Mr. Mahesh Rathod narrated the story of the relationship between a father and son, Dr. Padmini Ghosekar madam told the story of a mother and son. Likewise, the presidential speech was delivered by Dr. Rajkumar Giri Gosavi sir, and the event was anchored and the vote of thanks was given by Dr. Rita Sheware. Professors and students of the college participated in this program in large numbers.
